Delivery Information

We ship raw pet food NZ-wide (excluding rural addresses) in double-insulated cartons to keep items chilled. Orders placed by 12PM Mon–Thurs are sent overnight across the North Island. Treats, dry food, and care products are shipped in standard packaging.

Please note:

  • Bulk boxes are shipped in standard cardboard cartons (not double-insulated boxes). All rolls are placed together inside a sealed plastic bag. These large rolls stay frozen during transit however may arrive semi-defrosted. 
  • Raw food may arrive partially thawed — it’s safe to refreeze.
  • Orders will be left if no one is home. Add delivery instructions during the cart stage of checkout, if needed.

Available in four sizes (Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large), the Senior Box provides a balanced weekly foundation for your older dog. If your dog is at the higher end of the size range, you may want to add an extra roll to ensure they get enough.

Senior Box - FAQ's

Will the Senior Box give my dog the exact right amount each week?

Not always. The Senior Box is based on the average needs of an active senior dog at the midpoint of each weight range. For example, the Small Senior Box provides about 1.05kg of food per week, suited to a 5kg senior. If your dog is heavier (e.g., 7kg or 15kg), you may need to add an extra roll.

What if my senior dog needs more than what’s in the box?

The Senior Box is a balanced starting point. You can:

  • Add extra rolls, tripe, or mussels for larger appetites
  • Adjust your order to a bigger size
  • Supplement with your dog’s favourite proteins if needed

How does the Senior Box support joint health and digestion?

It’s packed with natural boosters for older dogs. Green-lipped mussels support joint mobility, tripe bites aid digestion and gut health, and the lean proteins in veal and chicken/fish are easier to digest. It’s raw food tailored to help seniors stay active, healthy, and comfortable.
