Return and Refund Policy Due to the nature of our products (frozen and raw pet food), we cannot accept returns. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and offer partial refunds or replacements if there is a problem with your order, such as damaged or defective items. To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the issue at hello@goraw.co.nz.
Rural Delivery Terms Due to the challenges associated with delivering perishable goods to rural addresses, Go Raw Pet Products requires customers at rural addresses to acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their orders once they are dispatched. This includes acknowledging the risk of spoilage. Go Raw Pet Products will not replace spoiled products or offer refunds for orders sent to rural addresses. By placing an order with a rural delivery address, you agree to these terms.
Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information.
