    Our products are delivered to your doorstep via NZ Couriers & are sent in extra thick double insulated cardboard cases to keep your products as best chilled as possible.

    We despatch your orders Monday - Thursday, offering overnight delivery for all North Island orders*.

  • Where We Send

    We can send all of our products to residential or central business addresses throughout the country - both North & South Islands! No rural delivery, sorry!

Rural Delivery

For our customers in rural areas, we offer a convenient option to have your orders delivered to a local agent. This allows you to access our products without the hassle of direct rural delivery challenges. Here’s how to arrange it:

  • Finding Your Nearest Agent: Visit the NZ Couriers 'Nearest Location' map to find an agent close to you who can receive parcels on your behalf.
  • Placing Your Order: When you place your order, use the address of your chosen delivery agent as the delivery address. Make sure to include your name so the agent knows the parcel is for you.
  • Collection: Once your order has been delivered to the agent, you will need to go and collect it. Keep an eye on your tracking information to know when it has arrived.

Frozen Food

Our frozen raw pet food is shipped in extra thick, double-insulated cardboard cases to maintain optimal chill during transit.

Dry Food, Treats & Other

All other items are delivered directly to your doorstep, packaged in a courier box or bag depending on order size.

Delivery Rates

Delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order contents and delivery location.

Cut Off Times

Place your order by 2 PM for overnight delivery. Orders made on Friday post-2 PM will be dispatched for Monday delivery.
