Satisfaction Guaranteed: While we cannot accept returns of perishable goods like frozen/raw pet food, we stand by the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days at hello@goraw.co.nz.

Reporting Issues: If there's an issue with your order (e.g., damaged during shipping, quality concerns), please provide photos and a detailed description immediately upon receipt. This helps us address the problem and improve.

Refund Process: After reviewing your claim, if we find that the product was indeed faulty or not as described, we'll issue a refund directly to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process.
