We ship raw pet food NZ-wide (excluding rural addresses) in double-insulated cartons to keep items chilled. Orders placed by 12PM Mon–Thurs are sent overnight across the North Island. Treats, dry food, and care products are shipped in standard packaging.

Please note:
- Bulk boxes are shipped in standard cardboard cartons (not double-insulated boxes). All rolls are placed together inside a sealed plastic bag. These large rolls stay frozen during transit however may arrive semi-defrosted.
- Raw food may arrive partially thawed — it’s safe to refreeze.
- Orders will be left if no one is home. Add delivery instructions during the cart stage of checkout, if needed.
