Each bulk box has a batch label on the outside of the box. If you’re transferring your rolls directly to the freezer, we recommend keeping a note or photo of this label, just in case we ever need to follow up on your order. Individual rolls in bulk boxes are not labelled.

Delivery Information
We ship raw pet food NZ-wide (excluding rural addresses) in double-insulated cartons to keep items chilled. Orders placed by 12PM Mon–Thurs are sent overnight across the North Island. Treats, dry food, and care products are shipped in standard packaging.
