Wild goat is leaner, lower in cholesterol and sodium than most meats, making it an ideal food for dogs who may be overweight.  Whilst some red meats can be high in saturated fats, goat mince is said to have very low levels of these fats. The low levels of saturated fats in goat meat is said to improve blood circulation and ease inflammation. Packed with Vitamin B12, goat meat also contains higher levels of iron, protein and potassium than some other meats.
