We ship raw pet food NZ-wide (excluding rural addresses) in double-insulated cartons to keep items chilled. Orders placed by 12PM Mon–Thurs are sent overnight across the North Island. Treats, dry food, and care products are shipped in standard packaging.

Please note:
- Bulk boxes are shipped in standard cardboard cartons (not double-insulated boxes). All rolls are placed together inside a sealed plastic bag. These large rolls stay frozen during transit however may arrive semi-defrosted.
- Raw food may arrive partially thawed — it’s safe to refreeze.
- Orders will be left if no one is home. Add delivery instructions during the cart stage of checkout, if needed.

Will the Puppy Box cover my puppy’s exact needs?
Not always. Each Puppy Box size is based on the average weekly needs for the midpoint of each weight range. For example, the Small Puppy Box provides about 1.75kg of food per week, which suits a 5kg pup. If your puppy is at the top of the range (e.g., 7kg) or going through a growth spurt, they may need extra food on top.
What if my puppy needs more food than the box provides?
The Puppy Box is a foundation, not a fixed prescription. You can always:
Add an extra roll or treat to top up
Adjust your subscription as your pup grows
Use the box as a reliable baseline while fine-tuning to your dog’s needs
Can I adjust my Puppy Box as my dog grows?
Yes! Puppies grow quickly, so their food needs change often. You can easily move from one size to the next, or add individual rolls and products alongside your box to keep up with your pup’s appetite.
