Delivery Information

We ship raw pet food NZ-wide (excluding rural addresses) in double-insulated cartons to keep items chilled. Orders placed by 12PM Mon–Thurs are sent overnight across the North Island. Treats, dry food, and care products are shipped in standard packaging.

Please note:

  • Bulk boxes are shipped in standard cardboard cartons (not double-insulated boxes). All rolls are placed together inside a sealed plastic bag. These large rolls stay frozen during transit however may arrive semi-defrosted. 
  • Raw food may arrive partially thawed — it’s safe to refreeze.
  • Orders will be left if no one is home. Add delivery instructions during the cart stage of checkout, if needed.

Does the Beginner Box meet my dog’s exact feeding requirements?

The Beginner Box is designed around the average feeding needs of an active dog at the midpoint of each size range. For example, the Small Beginner Box provides about 1.05kg of food per week, perfect for a 5kg dog. If your dog is at the higher end of the range (e.g., 7kg or 15kg), you may need to add a little extra.

Can I adjust the Beginner Box if my dog eats more?

Absolutely. The Beginner Box is meant to be flexible. You can:

  • Add on extra rolls or treats to match your dog's appetite
  • Change to a larger size box at any time
  • Use the box as a baseline supply and top up as you need
